1. Shipping Policy:
a. Voetsek Couture offers shipping services for all orders placed on our website. b. We currently offer shipping within South Africa. c. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination, however price is between R60.00 to R100. d. All orders are subject to availability. In the event of any unforeseen delays, customers will be notified promptly.
2. Delivery Timeframe:
a. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation. b. Delivery times may vary based on the destination. Estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of checkout. c. Voetsek Couture is not liable for delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Methods:
a. Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days b. Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
4. Shipping Charges:
a. Shipping charges will be based on the shipping destination, Customers will be provided with the shipping cost at the time of checkout.
5. Order Tracking:
a. Once the order has been dispatched, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. b. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number on the designated courier’s website.
6. Order Delivery:
a. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping information.
b. Voetsek Couture is not liable for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for re-delivery or address corrections.
8. Order Acceptance and Signature Requirement:
a. All orders require a signature upon delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided shipping address.
9. Order Confirmation:
a. Upon successful placement of an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing the details of their purchase and the estimated delivery timeframe.
10. Returns Due to Failed Delivery Attempts:
a. In the event of failed delivery attempts due to the absence of the recipient, the package will be returned to Voetsek Couture. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
